I don't claim to be an expert fisherman ... just a guy who loves to fish and has been blessed for his efforts. I learned a long time ago that in fishing, and in much of life, you get out of it what you put into it. I work hard when fishing, I study a lot, and always try to learn something on every outing. Countdown to Butt Kicking

Throwing all new line on the reels tonight ... work 15 hours tomorrow ... Packer game on Thursday ... date with my bride on Friday ... SALMON FISHING ON SATURDAY!!!!!!!!! All the reports are saying the 4 year-old class this year contains some HUGE fish. Hopefully the water clears up and cools down by the weekend so I can tie into at least one beast that's probably going to kick my butt!
