I don't claim to be an expert fisherman ... just a guy who loves to fish and has been blessed for his efforts. I learned a long time ago that in fishing, and in much of life, you get out of it what you put into it. I work hard when fishing, I study a lot, and always try to learn something on every outing. The Harbors are Stacked!

Had a blast catching a few salmon yesterday and meeting Blake Hamilton for the first time. Got the first one at 7:00 am on a fire tiger J-13 and the second on skein at about 6:00 p m. Those were the only two bites I had.

Salmon are thick in the harbors ... but a little stacked up because of warm water. They are not running up the rivers just yet.
