I don't claim to be an expert fisherman ... just a guy who loves to fish and has been blessed for his efforts. I learned a long time ago that in fishing, and in much of life, you get out of it what you put into it. I work hard when fishing, I study a lot, and always try to learn something on every outing. Something New

Going to try something new today. People keep asking me if I'm catching the walleyes on Mendota using crawler harnesses? The answer is NO. But ... why do they keep asking? Especially people that know what they're doing out there. Hmmmm ... So, this afternoon I'll be dragging harnesses and bottom bouncer on the rock humps on Mendota. Started tying some up this week. We'll see how they work out!
