I don't claim to be an expert fisherman ... just a guy who loves to fish and has been blessed for his efforts. I learned a long time ago that in fishing, and in much of life, you get out of it what you put into it. I work hard when fishing, I study a lot, and always try to learn something on every outing. Salmon Run Peaking?

Got out with my buddies Tom and Troy today for a trip with Eric Haataja. Ended up 9 for a ton with 8 Kings and a Coho. Lost a pile of fish in the sail boat moorings. Got them on skein, cranks, and trolling. Fish were pretty thick but just kept moving around so you had to chase them. Half the fish are probably in the harbors now. Coho's are just starting to come in.
